Narenj : A Fusion of Grandeur, Elegance, and Expertise

District 22 — where the urban skyline is being redefined by towering skyscrapers. The Narenj project stands out as a rare and exceptional example at the national level, not only in terms of architecture and structural engineering but also from an execution perspective.

The construction of this massive steel-framed structure with modern systems is the result of years of experience, precise management, and the tireless efforts of teams that fear no challenge. We were honored to be involved throughout the construction of these high-rise towers, especially in the most complex technical aspects such as the water storage systems, multi-stage pumping systems (booster pumps), central chillers, large-scale ducting with acoustic integration through tower spaces, centralized intelligent facilities management via Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting control, ventilation, elevators, and safety alarm systems — all managed from a central control center under challenging conditions.

We participated in installing equipment at great heights, adhering to strict safety measures, and strived to create a lasting masterpiece that reflects the pinnacle of modern Iranian construction and engineering.
